Returns

At Webpariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and in new, unused condition. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, some items such as undergarments, swimwear, and personalized items may not be eligible for returns. The specific eligibility will be noted on the product page.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@webpariz.com or call us at (901) 385-8992 to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization number and specific instructions on how to package and ship your item(s).

  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Include the return authorization number inside the package.

  4. Ship the Return: Ship the package to the address we provide in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  5. Tracking: Make sure to use a reliable shipping method that provides tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process outlined above. Specify that you wish to exchange the item for a different size or color. If the desired item is available, we will ship it to you once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for the return and will cover all shipping costs. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used or Damaged Products not caused by manufacturer fault

  • Customized items or those showing significant wear and tear.

  • Items sold as final sale or clearance.

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and other hygiene-related items.

  • Gift cards.
